Hubble Desktop version 25.4.1 introduces enhanced capabilities exclusively available to Hubble Platform users. These features leverage cloud-based services and integrated content to streamline workflows and improve productivity within the Hubble environment.
Note: The features described in this section require Platform authentication and are not available in Standard version installations. Administrators should ensure that users have the appropriate Platform license type and permissions to access these features.
This section covers:
- Order to Cash Content Packs: Pre-built reporting templates for streamlined business insights

Order to Cash Content Packs
Overview
Hubble Desktop version 25.4.1 includes integrated Order to Cash content packs, providing immediate access to pre-built, ready-to-use reports directly within the platform. This integration enables faster business insights and significantly reduces manual reporting effort, allowing access to comprehensive Order to Cash reporting capabilities with minimal setup time.
The content packs contain pre-configured reports that cover key Order to Cash business processes, eliminating the need to build reports from scratch.
Availability
Order to Cash content packs are available exclusively for Platform version users in Hubble Desktop version 25.4.1 and later. These content packs are automatically installed with the Desktop application and become accessible after the first Platform login.
Accessing Content Packs
To access the Order to Cash content packs:
- Log in to Hubble Desktop as a Platform user following the authentication process described in the previous section.
-
Navigate to the Documents section in the Hubble Administrator tool.
- Locate the Order to Cash Content Packs folder in the documents tree.
- Expand the folder to view the available pre-built reports.
The content packs are automatically imported during the first login after installation, making them immediately available for use.
Working with Content Pack Reports
Content pack reports are designed to be ready-to-use but can be customized according to specific business requirements.
- Reports within the content packs can be run immediately without additional configuration.
- To preserve the original pre-built reports, modifications must be saved as new copies.
- When attempting to update an existing content pack report, the system prompts to create a new copy, keeping the original report unchanged.
- Custom copies can be saved to different folders outside the content pack structure.
Content Pack Permissions
Order to Cash content packs have specific permission settings:
- By default, content pack folders have restricted permissions to preserve report integrity.
- Users can view and run reports within the content packs according to their assigned roles.
- Modification of original content pack reports is restricted; users must create copies for customization.
- Administrative permissions are required to manage content pack folder settings.
Important Notes
When working with Order to Cash content packs:
- Content packs are automatically updated during major version upgrades to ensure access to the latest report templates.
- Renaming or moving content pack folders is not recommended, as this may affect automatic updates and report references.
- Custom reports created from content pack templates remain independent and are not affected by content pack updates.
- Content packs require Platform authentication and are not available in Standard version installations.
